If you're like me (and you probably hope you aren't), you'd be glad to shoot anyone you see casually tossing out trash from their vehicle. It enrages me!!
This one time, some guy OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER tossed a bag of something out his window as he was pulling into the gas station.... where there are trash cans. *insane scream/laugh/cry*

You can report a litter bug! Send in all the info they ask for and TXDOT will send a nice letter and a litterbag for the offender's car.

And remember, kids. There is no Trash Fairy. Yes, sometimes you'll see people or "prisoners" picking up trash, but they aren't professionals and they don't comb EVERYWHERE. Oh, and stop dropping your dirty diapers on the parking lot. I'm saddened that a person like you is raising children. I know, that was harsh, but we have to raise good children who don't grow up to be like US!!
....but that's a whole other ongoing subject.
