I like Spin Class. It's one hell of a workout. Drop one pound in a day? Sign me up for the long term!!
I know I'm getting a good workout when I turn red as a tomato and the top of my arms sweat. I know something happened because I'm sore as hell and I stretched afterwards A LOT.
But, the seats on the Spin bike are TINY. The class instructor offered a gel seat, but I didn't speak up because I thought I could just sit on the seat in shifts, one cheek at a time. It was okay. But the next day my rear hurt SO BAD, like it was bruised. I pushed my hard office chair aside and pulled up the fancy, cushy, decorative chair the next day. Ahh.. Nice.
The soreness is almost gone. That was 2 days ago. In 2 more days, I'll be back in to Spin.
This time, I'm all over the gel seat.
