If You Can Dream It.. You Can Do It

Today is a very proud day for me.

1. I voted for the first time in my life. I've been voting age for a while.

2. I was almost brought to complete tears today. Let me explain.

In my Respiratory Procedures class, I haven't been the best student. I failed the first test, with a 74. I made an 87 on the 2nd test - after a 9 point curve. The third test, I ended up making an 80 - after a little curve. As you can see, I was barely getting by, but I had an 81 average.

Anyway..

With my mediocre test track record, I have reason to be extremely proud of the 98% I made today.

A 98!!!!

What was even more humbling was how my instructor told me she was proud of me. That really made my day, too.

This test was a real bitch. I don't know how I did so well. One of the smart guys who knows the answer to everything made a 78. Wow. A lot of other people didn't do so well either.

I think I owe my good job to recording the lectures. I just started recording, and after this, I won't stop.

I remember wishing to myself, "I hope I make an 'A' on this test. That would be SO awesome."

And I did.

I am proud of myself :)
