Actually, it's already happened.
You know, you used to ROCK for like a week. Then I started noticing how you play Nirvana like, every hour. Then, Nirvana is usually followed by the Foo Fighters (I'll pretend I don't see a connection). And then, you like to play Coldplay. They don't rock.
I don't wanna listen to WHINING.. I WANNA ROCK!
Your morning show SUCKS. All you do is talk about s*x stuff, and it's not even interesting or funny AT ALL. Dude, SERIOUSLY!! And then, you have people call in and talk about what whores they are, and the callers range in age from 15-17 and that's GROSE. The whole morning show lacks any kind of appeal from anyone with 25% of a brain. Oh, and what about the perfect caller you have right before a break or a song? Sounds like an "Inside Call" to me.. a la Kidd Kraddick. IT SUCKS!!
I went venturing on the radio dial last week and found that....
The CHRISTIAN ROCK STATION ROCKS HARDER THAN YOU, the EDGE!!!!
How crazy is that!?!?
And the Christian rock station doesn't play Nirvana, followed by Foo Fighters, followed by Coldplay. Which is a HUGE bonus in my book.
Plus, they RAWK!
Oh, and hey, I know it's cool to include Nirvana 'cuz they're like, pioneers in rock music. But Kurt is dead and there's NO NEW material coming out. If you would have balanced it out with Sublime and Drowning Pool, for example (who's lead singers are dead), I might not have so much of a problem with the excessive Nirvana-playing.
....okay, probably not because I dislike Nirvana, tremendously.
So, good-bye Edge. It's over. You're out of my ears.

They're out of Dallas, right? I don't like them either.
When the wife and I went to Crue Fest this summer, 97.1 THE EAGLE was sponsoring it...and that station was awesome.
They play all my favorite bands like Crue, Twisted Sister, Metallica (old stuff), Nirvana, Alice Cooper, Guns n Roses, Papa Roach, Trapt, Sixx AM, etc.
