How can you just go about the world having babies all the time?

How can you be 19 and have 4 kids?
Since when is a token of a past relationship a baby?
I feel so sorry for SO MANY CHILDREN in the world today. What kind of homes to these children live in?
Has anyone else noticed that smart people ARE NOT breeding? I'm not saying that stupid people are the only people having children. I'm saying that people who could honestly raise a good child and a decent citizen who could actually make something of themselves ARE NOT doing that.
Too many kids! Not enough changes in society to make this place WORTH the time we spend in it.
