For 5 days, I avoided the news. I only watched the weather (because here in North Texas, we're literally about to become coastal) and 2 stories about flooding.
Pro: I did notice a change in my mood. My mind was not occupied about how much of a sh!t hole we live in.
Con: I was a quite dull person who had really nothing to talk about and no crazy and/or devestating stories I had come across to share with my co-workers.
I don't know how much I missed. Nothing important I guess....
Next time I'll go on a TV strike. I need to sew something!!
