Okay, now, if you're on I-30, and let's say you're a good driver and you're doing about 60 MPH and your car starts acting crazy, you've got at least 5 seconds to say, "Oh, s#!%" or whatever you prefer and move to the side of the road. Right?
Unless your car has lost all steering function, you can move to the side of the road.
Gosh, this is tragic.
