The Woes of Weight Loss

*sigh*

I had lost a total of 20 pounds.

I REALLY slacked off by going to the gym only once a week and eating tons of Taco Hell for a couple weeks in a row.

Today, I weigh 2.5 pounds more than I did when I had made the 20 pound mark.

I don't have a reason to be angry. Well, I do, but I'd have to be angry at myself and that isn't cool.

So this week, it's back to the super-good streak. I'm going to the gym Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in an effort to combat burnout. I'll do my cardio AND weights each of those days.

Back on the Slim-Fast and string cheese for breakfast. I had an S-F this morning and I kinda miss it.

We had the Chinese Buffet yesterday, and, well.... I don't miss it. I think on my "Cheat Days," I'll stick with Mexican Food and not so much of it..

I hope I can lose 2 pounds this week while I'm back on the straight and narrow! I WANT and NEED to look good in shorts by July!!
