I'm about to go into my Study Lair (pictured here) to get some stuff done, but I thought I would stop by and make a quick post.
Okay, before I had said that I had an absolute week of hell a couple weeks ago. This last week topped that one. It ended well on Friday in Clinic since I got to see a bit of yonker suctioning and hear a patient with a REALLY bad cough. But the week started out terrible and didn't blow over till about the middle of the week. It's better now. I won't make dumb mistakes anymore like that, I hope.
I'm starting to like more people in my class. I'm finding I have a lot in common with some of them. I find myself wanting to give fashion advice to the most annoying person in our class. Not fashion advice as in, "You shouldn't wear that" (even though it may be warranted), but advice as in where she could find cute stuff for cheap because I overheard her talking about not having many clothes and needed more but couldn't spend much. Yeah, I could hook her up with ideas on that. It's called Sears.
One person in my class who I hadn't really ever talked to I actually carpooled with to clinicals on Friday. It was very interesting. She asked if I wanted to carpool all the time now, and I said I didn't know. I like going to school by myself. Having about an hour in the car (one-way) all to myself is nice. I like to be able to sleep a little longer if I want. I don't want someone to have to depend on me or wait on me or whatever.
But I told her that this driving would get really old very soon, so I might change my mind and let her know if I decide to carpool.
I apologize for the lack of posts. Some nights, I don't even turn on the computer. I feel like I should be studying at every chance I get. I actually want to study. Some things I once enjoyed I now pass up to study. Sounds sad, but that is so what I should be doing.

Spouse and I did go Thrift Store shopping yesterday on a whim. I got some neat things (one of them is a little malfunctioned though). I got a nice jacket at Goodwill for like.. 5 bucks! After that, we ate at Rosa's. Mmm mmm mmm..
When I get a chance again, I will fix up my blog back to the way it was and put in all my links to my "Classmates'" and RT Mentors' blogs. I haven't had a chance to visit them in a while. I probably should. I'd like to know if anyone else has it kinda rough like me.
